today within 30 min of play i watched TWO +35 members change sides. What made this bad to me is it made the teams uneven number wise when the other team was kicking a#$ when they were even. I'm used to seeing this with others but i thought +35 was better than this. I try not to complain but sometimes you just gotta tell somebody

As a point of origin we suggest that [+35] clan members which belongs to the same squad, should be playing together to train cooperative game play, but if teams show up to be obvious unfair please change side to get a more equal game.
This is much more fun anyway, and we prefer to be known for that fact and not for slaughtering defenseless newbies or players which for one reason or another are out of shape.

Show or guide them into our philosphy section on homepage...that´s where the above quote was taken. Maybe some have forgotten it these days

To the very least one must ask the players on the other team to switch sides so the teams stay even!
