I've chosen to make this topic in english, so everybody can understand it. -
Here the other day i was asked to record a demo, which i did. But unfortunatly i accidently deleted it  - so i wrote an e-mail to the admin whom asked me to record. I explained what had happend, and sent a demo which i'd just recorded playing at the Clan 35 public server 1 server. I showed great skill, except i played with mono sound (couldnt hear if they where behind or infront of me), but the admin denied it. He claimed that if i didnt come up with the demo i recorded when he asked me to, it was a direct violation to the clan 35 server policy. I again asked him to look at the demo, which would show skill and no cheat, but he refused. I'd like to call it ignorant, but i wont. My problem is this, i would very much like to play at your server, since it gives me such a boost of confidence in my self to ownz ya asses  - and furthermore you write on your site that you do not intend to scare away truly skilled players, which i think in this case is just what your doing. The Specific admin i'm talking about is [+35]Tactical Joe[Wa]. Now im asking you, is he being fair here? i mean, i made a mistake by deleting the demo, but again, it was an accident, according to Tactical Joe that means a permanet BAN from the server.
Looking forward to a quick respond.

That is the rule. 14 days from the conversation you had with Joe if this is the first or second time.

Well it'd only been .. like 2 or three days.. so i dont really know howcome hi's so angry with me... if you would like i could sent you the demo 6-shooter (you seem fair...)

Tactical is allso fair. He is only follow the SERVER RULEZ. I know it is bad for you, but ... we can't dicusse with everybody - which we have done lately |

You cant just take to Another admin, you have to accept the decision from the first admin. He is admin because we belives in Him. |

Thx but I have to dissapoint you. I think Joe is very fair here.
I'm confused about the period though. It seems to me that you will be banned for 11 to 12 more days.

| Well if i'm only gonna get banned for 11-14 days, i might survive it :) but i still thinks its odd that you denies my every attempt to proove myself worthy, and not a lame cheater... Rules are Rules ... |

Well. The rulez don't accuse you of cheating. It simply says that if you don't send the demo as asked for, you will be banned for a period.
The best (only ?) way to make these rulez work is to not make exceptions. (And that also saves us some time to play ourselves). The time for proving starts when the ban is over

Well after been watching you, and the other two #st. guys, Icebox and Spank on LAN, I'm sure and convinced that you all three are very skilled players.
The only thing we can discuss is still the use of binds, remove weapons etc. But as long as we can't detect and define any of it as "cheat", "dope" or whatever we will call it and our anticheat won't question or block using these tweaks, I cant see no reason to doubt your presence on our Servers. But it's only my opinion.
On the other hand we still would like to have a demo from you in our library. So ASAP please join and make one. If it covers a full map it should be possible to limit a zipped demo to around 4-5 M.
The WON'ID you use (2006775) should be unbanned now. If not give me the correct one.
And BTW, nice to meet your guys in real life.

Becourse of TDC (God damn 'em) I'd been offline quite some time. Well, this was my case in the first place, and there for I must reply on it !
1. of all Hom3boy:
You never sended my any demo !
2.
When I ask for a demo, I ONLY want the demo from the game I'm asking in (and NOT some other game another time).
3. That you deletet den demo I'd asked for in the first place, that is simply stupid (and not sending it to me before deleting).
I dont make the rules, but I keep 'em !
Rules are rules, if they was not, we havent' got any rules....
I'm sorry, but thats the way it is. Even if I do belive that you played clean, I'd had no choice. Other players in that game, that day, was complaining over you, so it was my simpel duty to ask for a demo !
I hope that this answer you !
